I've never been to a friendlier ice cream place. They schedule people to stand out in front of the service station and chat you up, and these people are genuine. The rest of the flavours are outstanding, including the crowd-pleasing Sea Salt which is really more a very rich vanilla than it is salty. A delightful visit and 100% worth hitting more than once.

I got an ice cream from there - no flake but it was very tasty.

Enjoyed their Brown Bread scoops, DELICIOUS!!!

I chose the Irish Brown Bread and Kieran’s Cookie’s flavours of Ice Cream. For a small with two scoops it was €6 which is pricey for ice cream but it is for sure worth it. Murphy’s Ice cream puts time and effort into their flavours, so that does come with a cost.
